  • 3rd Offense โ†’ Kick
  • 4th+ Offense โ†’ Consider ban

  • Intent vs accident
  • Age/maturity of player

Documentation is Key

Always Document:

  • Reasons for warns/kicks/bans
  • Context of situations
  • Player responses
  • Team discussions about edge cases

Good Reason Examples:

  • โœ… "Spamming chat after 2 warnings to stop"
  • โœ… "Using exploits to gain unfair advantage"
  • โœ… "Harassment - making targeted insults after multiple requests to stop"

Bad Reason Examples:

  • โŒ "Being annoying"

  • Give everyone same treatment
  • Admit and correct mistakes

Show Restraint:

  • Don't abuse admin powers
  • Use minimum necessary action
  • Give players chance to improve
  • Remember you represent the team

Monitoring Best Practices

Use the System:

  • Check monitoring alerts daily
  • Review flagged players
  • Follow recommendation severity
  • Track improvement over time

Don't Over-Rely:

  • Numbers aren't everything
  • Consider context and intent
  • Some players reform
  • Fresh starts matter

Pattern Recognition:

  • Notice escalation
  • Identify repeat offenders
  • Spot coordinated rule breaking
  • Track time-based patterns

Security Practices

Protect Access:

  • Don't share passwords
  • Don't give permissions lightly
  • Report suspicious admin behavior
  • Log out on shared devices

Verify Before Action:

  • Confirm player identity
  • Double-check UserIDs
  • Verify evidence
  • Get proof when possible

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I use admin commands for fun?

A: No. Admin powers are for moderation and management only. Abuse will result in permission removal.

Q: How long do bans last?

A: Bans are permanent unless a Super Admin+ unbans the player or system auto-unbans (if warnings cleared and actions drop below 30).

Q: Can I give my friend admin?

A: Only Owners and Developers can grant permissions. Never share your access.

Q: What if I accidentally ban someone?

A: Immediately unban them (if you have permission), add a note explaining, and notify your supervisor.

Q: How often should I check monitoring alerts?

A: Check at start of shift and periodically throughout. Daily review recommended.

Q: Can players see staff notes?

A: No. Staff notes are internal only, visible to admin level 2+.

Q: What if two admins disagree on a ban?

A: Escalate to higher permission level (Super Admin, Developer, or Owner) for final decision.

Q: Can banned players appeal?

A: This depends on server policy. Check with owner. Appeals typically reviewed by Super Admin+.

Q: How do I report another admin?

A: Document the issue with screenshots/details and report to Developers or Owner privately.

Q: Can I customize the panel colors?

A: Use the available themes. Custom color creation requires Developer access.
